Lately, I've had to spend a lot of time away from my computer. This has made it more challenging to produce one render of Brittney each day. Also, I didn't get to thank everyone for their support as often as I'd liked. Hopefully this won't last forever, but I want to use this situation as a learning exercise, as I'm sure all artists frequently have this problem (not enough time for art). I believe the most important thing is to continue making art. Even if you can't make it all perfect, each additional render is one more than would have existed if you gave up. 

I often thought about Brittney and her renders even when away from my computer. And I looked forward to spending time bringing her to life. This is important and therapeutic for me and I will keep going.

Committing to the creation of a render each day has been worth it. Forcing daily practice kept me on track to my goal of improving my digital art skills. Also, I have a collection of old renders to look back on, to see what areas are improving and which need more focus. This could have been done without submitting to DA but the feedback from page visitors (direct or statistical) has definitely sped up my learning. I'm very keen to keep going   

I've been able to achieve my goal of submitting a new render each day. I've learned a lot about the Deviant Art community. I'm really glad I joined!

I'll continue to focus on submitting a new render each day. This will help me learn more about rendering 3D art.

I spent yesterday setting up my Deviant Art profile. It's been a very pleasing first day. And I gained one follower, one fave and one llama. Nice!
